Tommy Bolin Fest 1998

        

This year's event was held at Rhonda's Speakeasy in Sioux City, Iowa on Friday July 31st,
and Saturday, August 1st (Tommy's Birthday) . Promoted by Siouxland Jams Entertainment, the 1998 Tommy Bolin Fest has been affectionately called "The Dust Bowl Show" due to the fact it was held in the gravel parking lot of Rhonda's Speakeasy, a popular Sioux City tavern. Black Oak Arkansas, featuring Johnnie Bolin on Drums, was the headliner.
