This year's event was presented by The Tommy Bolin Archives and held at the Bluebird Theater in Denver, Colorado on August 23 & 24. Promoted by Siouxland Jams Entertainment, the 1996 Tommy Bolin Tribute Concert was a musical reunion of Tommy's old bandmates and friends
