The Bolin Music Festivals
Since 1995 Johnnie Bolin & Bolin fans have hosted music festivals,
giving fans an outlet to celebrate and remember the late Tommy Bolin.
Since the birth of The Bolin Foundation these events have become an annual fund
raising opportunity. The money raised is then donated in Tommy's name to a local school
music program in the city that hosts the event.
Most of the events have taken place in Bolin's home town of Sioux City, Iowa. Other venues have included the Bluebird Theater in Denver,Colorado; and the legendary Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa.
We are currently seeking venues for future events that will maintain the integrity of the
event, and allow Bolin fans worldwide to continue to attend and commemorate the life, the music
and the memory of Tommy Bolin.
